1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 88dk, accessing the website at 88dk.club, or using any of the services offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms govern the relationship between 88dk (the operator) and you (the user) with respect to all gaming, betting, and associated services available on the platform. 88dk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

88dk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions are subject to the following rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. These thresholds may be updated periodically without prior notice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal can be requested. Specific rollover requirements are stated on each promotion's page.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion. Unused bonus funds and free spins will expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion constitute abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 88dk reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have been obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited and the associated account closed.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88dk's aggregate liability to any user for claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
